ArmInfo. On September 20, Yerevan will host the 2021 Armenian Business Forum (ABF), the country's main business convention which brings together hundreds of entrepreneurs for the purpose of reinvigorating economic growth and creating new investment opportunities in Armenia, the official website of Tashir Group reports.
The ABF is organized by the Armenian Business Association with support from Tashir Group. It will be the country's largest platform for business networking on various levels.
This was announced today at a special meeting between representatives of startup projects and the business community of Armenia, including representatives of major regional and international companies doing business in Armenia.
The goal of the project is to develop the country's economic potential and unlock new investment opportunities, creating a platform for open dialogue between various business communities and strengthening the spirit of enterprise in Armenia.
"As always, a strong Armenia remains our top priority. We keep looking for - and finding - ways to make our national economy more competitive and to increase the welfare of the Armenian people. The forum is another step in this direction. Its ultimate goal is to develop effective business ties and partnerships between Armenian entrepreneurs in Russia and Armenia. Armenia does have potential for implementing these plans, and I strongly believe that through our joint efforts we will create a stable business ecosystem, so we can feel confident about our future," Tashir President Samvel Karapetyan wrote in his welcoming address to forum participants.
This year's Armenian Business Forum will be the first such event. In the coming years, the forum is expected to scale out, creating new networking opportunities for Armenian business people around the world.
In preparation for the forum, a number of discussions will take place in various cities around Armenia before September 20. Their purpose is to strengthen partnership and facilitate knowledge sharing among the members of the country's business community.
