
ArmInfo. Armenia in H1 2021 increased export supplies of grapes by 66.7% per annum to 2.3 thousand tons. The customs value of exported grapes increased by 71%, amounting to $ 847 thousand. This is evidenced by the data of the RA Customs Service.
The lion's share of the export of Armenian grapes (71.7%) falls on the Russian market. The rest of the export fell on the Georgian market (28%) and Belarusian (0.3%).
Positive dynamics was also recorded in the import of grapes. The volume increased by 54.5% per annum - up to 243.4 tons, the customs value - by 47.9% per annum - up to $ 439.7 thousand.
Imported grapes are mainly imported to Armenia from Iran (82.7%), Russia (4.9%), South Africa (3.8%), Chile (3.7%), Peru (1.5%), as well as from Italy, USA, Uzbekistan and the Netherlands.
