As Assistant to the chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Iya Malkina said during a briefing on October 20, it is planned to reach 93.6% by 2022.
She noted that for such goods as lamb, pork, vegetable oil, grain, sugar, the Union states are fully provided by their own production.
At the same time, Malkina pointed out that the population's demand for fruits and berries is not covered, the level of self-sufficiency for which is close to 50%.
