
ArmInfo. Financing of the Armenian Police in 2022 will increase by 2.99%, Armenian Finance Minister Tigran Khachatryan said on November 1 at the preliminary hearings of the state budget for next year.
For the implementation of 2 programs and 11 measures in 2022, 66 billion 585.6 million drams will be allocated to the police, 1 billion 933.2 million drams more than this year. Thus, 62 billion 099.9 million drams will be allocated for current expenditures, or 3.48% less than in 2021 (by 2 billion 239.6 million drams). Capital expenditures will require 4 billion 485.8 million drams, more than 4 billion 172.8 million drams (it was 313 million drams).
Expenditures on educational services will remain at the level of 2021 - 1 billion 565.9 million drams. 65 billion, 019.8 million drams or 3.06% and 1 billion 933.2 million drams more than in 2021 (63 billion 086.6 million drams) will be allocated for organizational and legal activities, provision of services, development of a policy to ensure public safety and the fight against delinquency, through monitoring and management and will account for 97.6% of the total allocations.
To note, according to the draft state budget for 2022, the consolidated budget in terms of revenues will amount to 2 trillion 005.4 billion drams, and in terms of expenditures - 2 trillion 248.4 billion drams. The deficit will be reduced to 243 billion drams. The budget of the communities of Armenia in terms of revenues will be 182.7 billion drams, expenditures - 182.7 billion drams. The revenues of the RA state budget will amount to 1 trillion 946.2 billion drams, expenditures -2 trillion 189.2 billion drams, and a - 243 billion drams.
