ArmInfo.The draft state budget provides for 133 billion 644.9 million drams, or about $ 271 million (the estimated exchange rate of the Armenian dram to the dollar is 493.6 drams for 1 US dollar) for the expenditures of public administration system of Armenia in 2022. Of these, 131 billion 755 million drams will be allocated for current expenses, and 1 billion 889.9 million drams for non-financial (capital) assets.
As Minister of Finance of Armenia Tigran Khachatryan said on November 3 at the preliminary discussions of the state budget at the joint meeting of the NA Standing Committees, in particular, the allocations to the Constitutional Courtfor the implementation of 1 program and two events will amount to 704.6 million drams, against 683.9 million drams approved for the current year, an increase of 3%).
The Supreme Judicial Council will receive 14 billion 460 million drams for the implementation of 1 program and 22 events. Thus, financing will grow by 18.85% - from 12 billion 165.3 million drams.
The Ministry of Justice will receive 23 billion 288 million drams for the implementation of 9 programs and 27 events, instead of the current 20 billion 664.9 million drams (an increase of 12.7%).
Funding for the activities of the Prosecutor's Office for the implementation of 3 programs and 4 events will increase by 8.7%, from 6 billion 145.6 million drams to 6 billion 681 million drams. The State Control Service under the Prime Minister (1 program and 2 events) will receive 758.4 million drams, against 755.2 million drams approved in 2021 (an increase of 0.4%).
The allocations to the Investigative Committee for the implementation of 1 program and 5 events will amount to 8 billion 377.4 million drams, against 8 billion 340 million drams for the current year.
The Anti-Corruption Commission will receive 350.6 million drams in 2022 for the implementation of 1 program and two measures, against 233.5 million drams in 2021. The newly established Anti-Corruption Committee claims to receive funding in the amount of 823.7 million drams for the implementation of 1 program and 3events.
Financing of the Audit Chamber for the implementation of 1 program and 2 events will amount to 1 billion 049.7 million drams, against 1 billion 128 million drams approved in 2021.
The CEC will receive 32% less from the state treasury - from 1 billion 865 million drams approved in 2021 to 1 billion 268.4 million drams in 2022 for the implementation of 1 program and three events in 2022.
