ArmInfo. In January-October 2021, the Armenal plant produced 28,016 thousand tons of aluminum foil, with a deterioration in y-o-y dynamics from 14.6% growth to 5% decline. This is evidenced by the data of the RA Statistical Committee.
According to statistics, in October alone, the decline in the production of aluminum foil accelerated to 8.3% from 2.4% in September, ensuring the volume of 2.596 thousand tons.
To recall, in 2020, the production of aluminum foil in Armenia increased by 16.2% (against an increase of 7.7% in 2019), amounting to 35.482 thousand tons. Thus, the company recorded the excess of the 30 thousandth milestone for the third time.
