
ArmInfo.As part of his working visit to Brussels, Armenia`s Vice-Premier Mher Grigoryan discussed the primary fields of long-standing Armenia-EU cooperation with European partners.
Mr Grigoryan held meetings with Mr Oliv‚r V rhelyi, Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement, and Mr Lawrence Meredith, Director for the Eastern Partnership and Institution Building at the European Commission. The sides discussed programmes worked out as part of the EU economic and investment plan and highlighted combined efforts to launch them at the earliest possible date. The sides also discussed issues of road and digital infrastructures, assistance to small-and medium-sized enterprises, increasing the availability of education and development of Armenia`s Syunik region.
Mr Grigoryan informed Mr Oliv‚r V rhelyi of the work in various fields carried out by Armenia`s government. The sides pointed out progress in the implementation of programmes. In the context of the Armenia-EU relations, the sides highlighted CEPA implementation. Mr Grigoryan stressed key reforms being implemented in a number of fields under CEPA, which remains integral part of the Armenian Cabinet`s reform agenda.
