Thus, about 5.8 billion drams are allocated for the overhaul of  kindergartens. Within the framework of this budget, 22 kindergartens  will be renovated. It is noted that 52 kindergartens have been  renovated from 2018 to the present day.

In 2019-2020, 520  elevators have already been replaced with new ones, and in 2021 -  another 100. As a result of the overfulfillment of the community  budget for 2021, instead of the 100 planned elevators, it is planned  to replace 280 elevators. As a result, the number of new elevators  for 2019-2022 will reach about 1000.

Resources will be provided for a consistent increase in  the green spaces of the capital, as well as for the construction of a  new landfill, for which it is planned to attract credit funds,  including by the RA government.

The draft budget plans to change the rates of local duties. In  particular, the duties for liquefied and compressed gas, as well as  tariffs for gasoline at filling stations, will be revised. The duty  will be increased by 600,000 drams on an annual terms.
