ArmInfo. More efficient operation of the Customs Service is important for enhancing Armenia's potential as a transit country, RA Premier Nikol Pashinyan stated on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the RA Customs Service.
In his speech the premier mentioned the image of public servants. "A customs officer is not a person seeking to take away money from a poor man who brings a few sacks with goods. A customs officer is a person performing a state duty," he said.
The regional developments will enhance Armenia's potential as a transit country. And Armenia has to improve its Customs Service to be an attractive transit country, the premier said.
