2-fold YoY increase in real estate business in Yerevan 

ArmInfo. Last November, a 9.2% year-on-year rise in real estate prices was recorded in Yerevan - up to AMD 351,100 per sq. meter, with a 1.9% price rise in one  month.  

According to the official data, the highest prices were traditionally  in the Kentron (Center) community - AMD 672,300 per sq. meter (a  10.2% year-on-year rise, with a 1.1% rise in one month). The Arabkir  community is the second leader - AMD 475,000 per sq. meter (an 8.4%  year-on-year rise, with a 0.4% rise in one month), followed by the  Kanaker-Zeitun community - AMD 350,100 per sq. meter (a 10.8% year-  on-year rise, with a 3% rise in one month). The lowest housing  remained in the Nubarashen community - AMD 189,000 per sq. meter (a  7.7% year-on-year rise, with a 1.6% rise in one month). 

A total of 5,886 real estate business deals were concluded in Yerevan  last November - a 95.5% year-on- year increase, and a 4.4% increase  in one month. A total of 1,774 purchase and sale deals were concluded  - 30.1% of the real estate business deals (a 99.1% year-on-year  increase, and a 7.3% increase in one month).  A total of 438 leasing  contracts were recorded (7.4% of the real estate business deals) - a  67.8% year-on- year increase (with a 0.2% decrease in one month).  

A total of 1,168 purchase-and-sale deals with flats were concluded  (65.8% of the total number of purchase- and-sale deals) - a 2-fold  year-on-year increase and an 8.3% increase in one month.  A total of  199 purchase-and-sale deals with garages were concluded in Yerevan -  a 2.3-fold year-on-year increase and a 63.1% increase in one month.  Also, 171 deals with private houses were concluded - a 61.3%  year-on-year increase and a 15.3% decrease in one month; 126 deals  with land - a 2.1-fold year-on-year increase and a 3.1% decrease in  one month; 94 deals with public buildings - a 74.1% year-on-year  increase and a 13% decrease in one month; 16 deals with production  buildings - a 2.7-fold year-on-year increase and a 14.3% increase in  one month. 

A total of 19,139 real estate business deals were concluded in  Armenia last November - a 2.2-fold year-on- year increase and an 8.5%  increase in one month. A total of 5,2888 purchase-and-sale deals were  concluded (27.6% of the total number of real stat business deals) -  91.2% year-on-year increase and a 3.2% increase in one month.
