ArmInfo. The installation of an edge trimmer on the roughing mill and putting the second baling machine into operation in the foil-rolling shop have enhanced the production efficiency at ARMENAL, a report reads.
"To prevent the formation of microfissures causing defects, edge trimming on the roughing mill is more advisable. However, the technology did not provide for this operation. Under the output factor of good products project, we have installed an edge trimmer on the mill. For chip packing and recycling we repaired the press and installed a new chop bin. All the work was carried out by plant engineering team," reported Armen Kamalyan, ARMENAL Technical Director.
