ArmInfo.A multifunctional business complex with unique architectural solutions will be built in Yerevan. The RA Cabinet of Ministers approved the corresponding investment program presented by Suren and Hasmik Pahlevanyan on May 13. According to the explanation to the document, the investors presented an investment program worth 10 million US dollars, which will be implemented on the territory of the Dzoragyugh ethnographic district, Kentron administrative community of Yerevan.
It is planned to build a multifunctional business complex on the territory with exclusive architectural solutions for sites with a waterfall relief in accordance with international standards. It will include a museum, residential, office area, a cafe, a clinic, as well as a hall for special cultural events. An agreement has already been reached with the Sergei Parajanov Museum on the display of some specimens. The building will have a three-story parking lot and a garden with a modern architectural solution. The project will include the landscaping of the adjacent territories, which in general can be a good start for the formation and further development of the architectural environment of the Hrazdan Gorge. The work will last 2-3 years, as a result of which 150-200 new jobs will be opened.
