ArmInfo.Hayk Badalyan, General Director of the Sustainable Development Investment Fund (SDIF), and Zhang Shuai, General Director of the Abu Dhabi Branch of the China Machinery Engineering Corporation, met with Vache Terteryan, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia.
Welcoming the guests, Vache Terteryan presented the directions of priority importance in several areas
The Deputy Minister spoke about waste recycling, reservoir construction, road construction, energy and transport infrastructure development.
Zhang Shuai considered it important to study the programs in these areas in detail, as the Chinese company wants to present itself in Armenia not with branches, but on a larger scale, which in turn will lead to new and large investments.
Hayk Badalyan, General Director of the Sustainable Development Investment Fund, expressed his readiness to provide his support in the spheres of interest in accordance with the established procedure.
At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached to have specific sectoral meetings, in particular with with responsible representatives of the construction of reservoirs and energy.
