ArmInfo. After the renovation the capacity of the Upper Lars checkpoint will increase 6.4-fold - 2,500 to 3,000 vehicles, Armenia's Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan following his meeting with his Russian counterpart Maxim Reshetnikov.
The present capacity if the Upper Lars checkpoint is 400 vehicles in 24 hours, whereas 800 to 1,000 are actually checked.
