
ArmInfo.Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan, with the participation of head of the EU mission in Armenia, Ms. Andrea Wiktorin, held discussions in of programs implemented within the framework of the EU economic and investment plan the government.
According to the press service of the government, within the framework of the meeting, Grigoryan attached importance to the early signing of an agreement on the implementation of the SME Assistance Program, a program implemented with COAF in the Syunik region, expressing hope that the latter will contribute to improving the quality of education in Syunik.
The importance of the program for the construction of the North-South highway and the expert work carried out within the framework of this program with European financial bodies was mutually emphasized.
It is reported that the parties exchanged views on a number of possible directions of the next package of the EU economic and investment plan At the end of the meeting, the mutual readiness to ensure the progress of the programs implemented under the support package for Armenia, approved by the EU in July 2021, was emphasized.
