
ArmInfo.Armenia's government will allocate a total of AMD 13.3bln for implementation of three large-scale projects.
At a Cabinet meeting on Thursday, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan reported that one of the projects is the construction of a Kapsi reservoir.
"The document are under consideration now, and an additional AMD 3.5bln will have to be allocated for thee construction," the minister said.
Active construction is underway in Yerevan as well.
"A total of AMD 4.1bln is needed for completing the Argavand-Shirak and Babajanyan-Ashtarak highways," the minister added.
The third project is road renovation. The government is looking for contractors.
"We have ten road sections, 135km, which requires AMD 5.7bln. After inviting tenders we will start construction work," the minister said.
He also reported invitation of international tenders for renovation of two tunnels in Dilijan.
Armenia's Premier Nikol Pashinyan said that the Stepanavan and Dilijan tunnels must meet international standards.
