
ArmInfo.In the first half of 2022, Armenia recorded a considerable increase in its trade with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member-states, Armenia's Premier Nikol Pashinyan stated at a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.
During the period, Armenia's trade with the EAEU member-states increased by $.17bln or 52.5% as compared with the corresponding period of last year. Armenia's exports increased by 48.9% and imports 54.2%.
The EAEU member-states' share in Armenia's foreign trade turnover reached 33.6% ($1.733bln) in the first half of 2022.
Russia remains leader ($1.651bln), with exports and imports totaling $542.8mln and $1.1bln. Armenia's trade with Belarus totaled $58,972,600, with Kazakhstan, $21,590,200, with Kyrgyzstan, $1,891,100.
