ArmInfo. Armenia's Parliament is discussing amendments to the Tax Code allowing producers to return spoiled goods at lower taxes.
Armenia's Deputy Minister of Finance Arman Poshonyan said that in recalling spoiled goods to replace them with quality counterparts producers will be granted a 1% tax reduction. Producers themselves raised the problem at different meetings.
Mr Poghosyan said that the amendments will only apply to goods, as provision of low-quality services is rather difficult to prove.
