On October 20, the Government of Armenia approved the draft decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia "On Approval of the Memorandum of  Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and  the Government of the State of Qatar on Cooperation in the Field of  Tourism and Business Activities".

The memorandum will contribute to the development of cooperation  between tourism organizations, contributing to the creation of  favorable conditions for the travel of citizens of the two states and  increasing the accessibility of the country, as well as increasing  passenger flows between the two states and establishing business.

The document will also facilitate the exchange of experience and  information in the field of tourism between the two states, ensuring  bilateral participation in tourism and business events organized in  the two states, and organizing study visits. It is designed to  regulate the organization of business events between the two  countries, as well as bilateral cooperation in the international  arena, including through meetings and conferences.
