The Minister recalled a 25% growth in the bilateral trade turnover last year, and this figure is expected to reach 40% this year.
In his turn, Minister Ehsan Khandozi pointed out that the Iranian government is closely following the neighboring states' economic policies, with a focus on the Caucasus.
"I hope that this government will be the one to accomplish the task of bringing the bilateral turnover up to $3bln, which the Iranian president and the Armenian premier discussed at their meeting," he said.
