Armenia`s minister of economy meets with BostonGene company reps 

ArmInfo.Armenia's Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan held a meeting with representatives of the BostonGene IT company. 

Mr Kerobyan informed the BostonGene company delegation of the  Armenian government's steps to improve Armenia's investment  environment and ensure high economic indicators. Elaborating on the  activities of Armenia's Ministry of Economy, Mr Kerobyan told the  BostonGene representatives of the government-sponsored programmes,  priorities and promotion instruments. In this context, he emphasized  the economic modernization programme. 

BostonGene - IT Healthcare is a Boston-based startup founded in 2015.  

BostonGene's mission is to power healthcare's transition to  personalized medicine using AI-based molecular and immune profiling  to improve the standard of care, accelerate research, and improve  economics.

The BostonGene Tumor PortraitT Test, a comprehensive integrated  genomic (WES) and transcriptomic (RNA-seq) analysis of tumors and the  tumor microenvironment, reveals key drivers of each tumor, including:

As of 2022, 901 transactions to the total amount of AMD 56bln were  effected under the economic modernization programme launched in  Armenia early last year.  

The first component provides for compensating companies' expenses,   leasing promotion, subsidizing the interest rates of loans for   replacement of fixed assets, including production lines. Under the   programme, in case of loan agreements, the government subsidizes 7%   in AMD terms and 6%, and in case of leasing contracts, 10% in AMD   terms and 8% in foreign exchange terms.   

Among the potential beneficiaries are economic entities working in  agricultural industry, mining, construction, telecommunication,  professional and research activities, healthcare.
