ArmInfo.On February 3, Minister of Finance of Armenia Vahe Hovhannisyan received World Bank (WB) Regional Director for South Caucasus Sebastian Molineus and Molineus and Country Manager of the World Bank for Armenia Carolin Geginat.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Finance, Vahe Hovhannisyan, welcoming the guests, stressed that the WB is one of Armenia's important partners. According to him, especially intensive work has been carried out with the WB recently.
Representatives of the World Bank, for their part, expressed their readiness to continue efforts to establish effective cooperation.
Molineus congratulated Vahe Hovhannisyan on taking office as Minister of Finance and expressed confidence that the fruitful cooperation that has become a tradition will continue in the future.
The parties touched upon the current joint programs, in particular the process of budgetary support from the WB, and outlined future joint projects.
