At the same time, he drew attention to the fact that a large number of Russian citizens partially transferred their work to Armenia. Referring to the data of the State Register of Legal Entities, the minister said that during the reporting period, citizens of the Russian Federation registered 7,328 companies and individual entrepreneurs in Armenia, of which 2,345 are companies and about 5,000 are individual entrepreneurs.
Kerobyan said that the main areas of activity of the immigrants are software development (3,900 companies and individual entrepreneurs), wholesale and retail trade (679) and IT and other activities related to computer equipment (339).
