Armenia`s budget revenues 20% up in Jan-Apr, 2023

ArmInfo.This January-April, Armenia's tax revenues totaled AMD 758.1bln, AMD 126.3bln or 20% more  as against last January-April. 

During the period under review, tax reimbursements totaled AMD  1125.5bln, AMD 51.1bln or 68.6% more as against last January-April. 

Last year, Armenia's tax revenues totaled AMD 1,926bln against the  targeted AMD 1,844bln. This year, amid a 7% GDP growth (with a  nominal GDP to total AMD 9,317.9bln), a 5% deflator index and 5.6%  inflation, Armenia's financial authorities plan AMD 2,203.7bln tax  revenues (23.7% of the GDP). In total, budget revenues are expected  to reach AMD 2,302bln (24.7% of the GDP), budget expenditures, AMD  2,591bln (27.8% of the GDP). Of these, current expenditures will  total AMD 2,043.3bln (21.9% of the GDP), and the budget deficit, AMD  288.9bln (3.1% of the GDP).
