The side also discussed strengthening of business ties, expansion of cooperation in the agricultural and tourism sectors, cargo transportation by sea, which will facilitate diversification of commercial ties.
"Despite the successful development of our trade and economic relations, all the prerequisites are available for intensifying economic cooperation and increasing trade turnover," Mr Kerobyan said.
This January-April, Armenian-Georgian trade totaled $58.5mln (24.5% growth). Exports totaled $32mln (a 24.5% growth), and imports, $26.5mln (24.4% growth).
