ArmInfo.Russia has admitted violations of a number of clauses of the Armenian-Russian agreement on cooperation in the field of television broadcasting. This is stated in the message of the Ministry of High-Technological Industry of Armenia.
A bilateral meeting was held in Yerevan on December 14 between the Ministry of High-Technological Industry of Armenia and Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation regarding compliance with the provisions of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the field of mass communications.
During the meeting, the Armenian side noted that the Television and Radio Commission of the Republic of Armenia had recorded violations of Article 5 of the Agreement. The Russian side recognized this fact, as a result of which a joint statement was signed.
The following was recorded:
1. The Russian side accepted the fact of violations recorded by the Armenian side.
2. It was agreed to take steps to ensure proper compliance with all points of the agreement.
