According to the source, citizens can receive funds both in cash and non-cash.
To register, a citizen personally or through a legal representative can contact the territorial center at the place of registration of the Unified Social Service, providing an identification document or identification card, the depositor's civil service number or social security card or a certificate of absence of a public service number and, if available, the depositor's savings book . In addition, a certificate from VTB-Armenia CJSC is required regarding the availability of the depositor's data in the bank account card as of June 10, 1993.
Persons who participated in hostilities in defense of the Republic of Armenia also have the right to receive compensation, including if the deposit was paid by the deceased spouse during their married life.
