ArmInfo. On March 21, the Government of Armenia determined the procedure for establishing and presenting annual awards in the field of ensuring the quality of products and services.
As Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan stated when presenting the corresponding draft decision, all legal entities and individual entrepreneurs producing products or providing services can participate in the annual award. At the same time, organizations engaged in the production of weapons, military and special equipment can only receive bonuses in the case of the production of goods and services for civilian purposes.
Prizes will be awarded separately for small-medium enterprises and separately for large enterprises with more than 200 employees. The National Body for Standardization and Metrology is creating a working group of experts.
