ArmInfo.The State Revenue Committee of Armenia (SRC) brought criminal responsibility to the developer carrying out construction activities in the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan, for evading particularly large amounts of taxes.
According to information from the Tax and Customs Committee, company managers understated the prices of apartments sold in contracts for the sale and purchase of apartments, thereby creating conditions for concealing taxable items in calculations that form the basis of taxation.
After the "control purchase" and the transfer of cash, the director of the company and the person involved in the transaction were detained and taken to the Main Department for Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
