ArmInfo. One of the largest French hotel groups Accor will participate in the management of the international hotel complex Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan.
The Armenian company Technotun will be engaged in construction work and attracting financing. The parties signed a memorandum of cooperation. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia. According to the source, the document was signed by Tigran Mnatsakanyan, Director of Technotuni, and Alexis Delaroff, Accor's Chief Operating Officer for Europe, in the presence of Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan:
The complex will be built in compliance with high international standards at the address Nork Gardens 180. The total area of the hotel will be 20 thousand square meters, of which 16 thousand square meters will be occupied by public infrastructure, green spaces and open spaces. Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan will be managed by the Accor Group. It should be noted that Accor is the largest international hotel operator.
