Smart Place: smart solutions for comfort and energy-saving

ArmInfo.Team Systems presented its new Smart Place environmental automation systems, which feature  products from world leaders offering smart solutions for apartments, houses, hotels and commercial premises.

The goal of Smart Place is to spread an energy-saving and comfortable  lifestyle in Armenia. "Thanks to these solutions, any environment  will become smart: from heating, electrical appliances and lighting  to managing audio and video systems that are integrated and work in  symbiosis, while reducing energy costs," noted Team Systems Director  Nelly Malyan. The general supplier of Smart Place is the technology  concern HDL, which has been specializing in the development,  implementation and management in this industry for thirty years,  implementing world-scale projects such as the fantastic Morpheus  hotel complex by Zaha Hadid, NATO headquarters, Dubai Airport,  hundreds of hotels in chains Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham, etc.  During  the event, the activities of HDL were presented by the head of the  smart solutions department, Michelle Jia, and the head of the  international sales department, Sarah Su.

As soon as you open the front door, the lighting turns on to  suit you, the temperature is adjusted to your taste, the audio system  plays your playlist, etc. It's as if the house welcomes the owner  with open arms. This is what we do to make a person's life perfect  and all you have to do is enjoy," Jya said. According to the press  service of Team Telecom Armenia, Smart Place includes lighting,  sockets and switches, heating, cooling and ventilation, automation of  doors, windows, blinds, glass transparency, audio and smart TV  systems, home theater, television and even irrigation in the garden  and much more, and all this is fully automated, reliable and safe.

In addition to touch panels and a mobile application, the system also  has voice control, which can be implemented using Yandex, Alisa,  Apple, Siri, Amazon, Alexa and Google Assistant systems.

The event was attended by representatives of architectural studios,  construction companies and interior designers, as well as many  business representatives who may be interested in introducing the  latest technologies into apartments, commercial premises, and hotels.  According to the source, starting July 15, Team Systems will begin  free training sessions with representatives of the professional  community interested in projects with smart solutions to familiarize  them with all the solutions presented in Smart Place, which will  allow them to take into account all the details when developing their  projects.
