ArmInfo.Russian Post is considering the possibility of launching postal shipments of cargo to Armenia via North Ossetia. As reported by TASS, this was stated by Deputy Director of the state company Alan Kozonov at the Caucasus Investment Forum.
In particular, he said that recently, in cooperation with one of the largest marketplaces, ground transportation of mail through North Ossetia to Armenia was tested. According to the deputy head of the company, we are talking about transportation through the customs post "Upper Lars". At the same time, Kozonov noted that they hope that regular transit of goods will be established in the near future in the direction of the Transcaucasian countries.
At the moment, as noted, bottlenecks in the project are being eliminated.
