The lowest housing prices in the capital remain in the Nubarashen community, where a square meter of apartment averaged 227.2 thousand drams/1 sq.m., with an annual increase of 9.2%, and for the first half of the year - by 3.1%.
At the same time, for the first half of this year. In Yerevan, 7,820 real estate purchase and sale transactions were completed, which is 21.7% higher than a year ago, with an increase of 10.3% over the past six months.
