ArmInfo. Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan received representatives of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
As reported by the press service of the department, during the meeting the results of the USAID program "Economic Foundations for a Sustainable Armenia> and possible areas of cooperation for the next year were presented.
The main goals of the program are to improve institutional and human potential to ensure effective governance, increase economic stability by increasing the export competitiveness of target sectors, as well as the efficient use of financial capital.
The Minister emphasized the importance of active interaction and highlighted the steps and directions that are a priority for a stable and developing economy.
