ArmInfo. On September 27, RA Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received a delegation led by Iva Petrova, the head of the International Monetary Fund mission in Armenia. Mehdi Raissi, the IMF Resident Representative in Armenia, was also present at the meeting.
As reported by the press service of the RA government, the meeting discussed the implementation of measures defined within the framework of the current IMF reserve program. The Deputy Prime Minister presented the reforms being implemented in the sphere of the government's budget policy and public expenditures. The main directions of the draft state budget of Armenia for 2025 were discussed as well. The head of the IMF mission in Armenia Iva Petrova highly appreciated the work that has been done to reduce the cash turnover of financial resources.
