ArmInfo. ra Badalyan. Forcibly displaced citizens from Nagorno-Karabakh will be able to register their ownership rights to vehicles in a simplified manner. The decision was made on October 10 at a meeting of the RA Cabinet of Ministers.
As noted in the explanatory note to the document, as a result of forced displacement, residents of Nagorno- Karabakh brought cars to the RA that are not private property, which, although having actual owners or users, are still not legally owned in the Republic of Armenia.
In this regard, there is a need to solve the problem of state registration of ownership rights to these vehicles (except for cases specified by law). At the same time, in the case of state registration of property rights in the Republic of Armenia in the name of persons who are beneficiaries of the initiative, during the period specified by the project, there will be no requirement for full fulfillment of obligations to pay property tax.
