The violators include EDO-SARUKH LLC (fined 60.1 million drams), FATHER AND SON AROYANY (36.7 million drams), GAZ PROPANE (49.3 million drams), EDGAR OIL (1.3 million drams), TIG GROUP OIL (66.2 million drams) and PE Karen Fambukyan (6.6 million drams).
According to the KPC, these stations sold products that did not meet the requirements for this brand of motor gasoline.
In addition, a number of petrol stations (OOO , , , ) were also fined for failure to provide the requested information within the framework of the criminal proceedings initiated against these LLCs.
Another fine was imposed on OOO for obstructing the performance of duties, rights and powers of employees of the Commission for the Protection of Competition within the framework of the initiated criminal proceedings.
