ArmInfo. The Upper Lars checkpoint is again closed for all types of vehicles. This was stated in a statement by the press service of the Ministry of Internal  Affairs of Armenia, which presented a summary of the situation on the  country's roads and at the checkpoints.

As emphasized in the statement, there are closed and  difficult-to-pass roads in the country. In particular, the roads  leading from the high-mountain weather station "Amberd" to Lake Kari  and to the Amberd fortress are closed. The Berd-Chambarak highway is  closed for all types of vehicles.  The Spitak turns, the section  called "Zanger" at the crossroads of the city of Jermuk and the  highway from the turn to the village of Yeraskh are closed for  trucks.

The Vardenyats Pass is difficult to pass for trucks. The  inter-community roads of the villages of Geghanist, Mantash and  Arevshat, Noravan - Ltsen, Syunik-Shinuayr - Tatev - Goris, Meghri -  Kajaran are closed for the movement of trucks with trailers and are  difficult to pass for other types of vehicles.

The Alagyaz-Artik highway of the M-3 highway leading to Lernapar, the  inter-community roads in the Amasya and Ashotsk regions, the  Tashir-Dashtadem, Tashir-Katnarat roads are difficult to pass for all  types of vehicles.

There is icy conditions in some places on the roads of the  Aragatsotn, Gegharkunik and Syunik regions, and a snowstorm is raging  on the Saravan-Zanger highway and in the Aragats region.
