ArmInfo. The Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia reports that as of the morning of March 5, there are closed and difficult-to-pass roads in Armenia.
In particular, the roads leading from the high-mountain weather station "Amberd" to Lake Kari and to the Amberd fortress are closed. The Berd-Chambarak road is also closed for motor vehicles.
The Vardenyats Pass is closed for trucks with trailers and difficult to pass for other vehicles.
According to information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
