ArmInfo. From January 1 to March 10, 17,374,372 tickets were purchased in Yerevan within the framework of the introduced unified ticket system, of which 213,021 (only 1.2%) were package tickets developed by the capital's municipality. This became known following the results of the working meeting of the Yerevan City Hall on March 17.
Of their package tickets, the most popular, as noted, is the 10-trip package (49.6%), followed by the 30-day package (27.3%), 180 hours (14.1%), etc.
At the same time, of the total volume of package tickets, 29% were discounted, of which 22% were ticket packages with the right to free travel. The lion's share of beneficiaries are pensioners.
During the reporting period, 20 million verifications were registered in public transport, where the overwhelming majority (75%) were made using the QR code system, both through a mobile application and printed receipts, followed by bank cards (16%) and transport cards (9%).
