
ArmInfo.The Armenian government has allocated 2.1 billion drams to co-finance 23 subvention programs in 17 communities of the country. The decision was made on March 27 at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
As stated in the explanatory note to the document, the interdepartmental commission for reviewing applications for subsidies reviewed and approved 363 subsidy programs in 2022, 273 in 2023, and 242 in 2024. These applications for programs are mainly aimed at capital investments in populated areas, in particular: improvement of streets, parks, gardens, playgrounds, construction and reconstruction of public buildings, cultural centers, kindergartens, assembly halls, construction and reconstruction of drinking, sewage, irrigation water pipes and night lighting, gasification of populated areas, reconstruction of common shared property of apartment buildings using energy-saving measures.
