Armenia's membership in the EU and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) are mutually unacceptable, as stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, during a weekly briefing on March 27. The diplomat mentioned that the Russian side has expressed its position on the European integration processes initiated by the Armenian authorities at various levels.
"These two structures, unfortunately or fortunately, are mutually exclusive only on specific parameters," Zakharova said.
