ArmInfo. "Electric Networks of Armenia" CJSC is currently carrying out an investment program to upgrade the power supply network in the center of Yerevan.
As reported by the company's press service, this project will be completed in 2025. The program will cover a total of 111 streets in the capital, with plans to lay 123 km of cable, spanning a length of 83.5 km.
The project is being funded solely by the company, without financial assistance from the municipality or any other state institution. While safety measures have been put in place at all construction sites for pedestrians and transport, it is quite understandable that residents and guests of the capital may experience temporary inconvenience. Once the project is completed, the company will restore all streets to their original look, including the repair of all asphalt and/or tiled areas.
