Papoyan comments on the situation regarding Armenian cargo in  Georgia: There is an issue, and I think our businessmen are right

ArmInfo.At present, we are actively working and discussing various scenarios and situations with  our Georgian partners. Business representatives are also involved in these discussions. Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan made this statement in the National Assembly while answering questions  from parliamentarians about the situation at the Gezi terminal, where Armenian trucks with wine and cognac products have been stranded there for more than a month.

In this regard, he did not rule out visiting Georgia in the near  future to hold discussions with Georgian partners on the situation in  person.  "Unlike other goods, such as textiles, aluminum, and  flowers,  where we have successfully resolved the issue, the problem  of cognac and alcohol remains unresolved. Yes, there is an issue, and  I believe our businessmen are right," Papoyan noted.
