ArmInfo. From today, the Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC), previously called the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition, will be renamed the Commission for the Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights.
As noted by the press service of the department, a package of amendments to the Law and a number of related laws came into force.
As a result of the legislative changes, the Commission will operate as the Commission for the Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights, empowered to protect the collective interests of consumers.
