Minister of Territorial Administration: Shirak Airport may soon offer  flights to European countries

ArmInfo. The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia has reached an agreement with an airline to launch a new route from Gyumri's  Shirak Airport, as stated by the Minister of Territorial  Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, David Khudatyan, in an  interview with journalists during a working visit to the Shirak  region.

He noted that the agreement was part of a state subsidy program. "The  new route will likely to be a European destination," he said, without  disclosing any details. Khudatyan only noted that the launch of this  new route will bring additional economic benefits to both the city  and the region.
