The State Revenue Committee (SRC) is hosting high-level delegations from member states in Yerevan from September 22 to 24 as part of the 24th meeting of the Coordination Council of the Heads of Tax (Financial) Investigation Agencies of CIS Member States. Delegations from Armenia, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan are participating in the regular meeting of the Coordination Council.
According to the SRC press service, the event included a presentation on the activities of the Investigation and Operational-Search Activities Department, along with a parallel presentation on the work of the expert groups of the Coordination Groups. The discussion focused on enhancing cooperation among CIS member states, improving the effectiveness of combating tax violations, ensuring economic security, and countering terrorist financing. The meeting also covered the activities of the expert working group on combating illicit money trafficking and illegal gambling, as well as the review of previously adopted decisions and planned programs.
The delegation visited the Investigation and Operational-Search Department to learn about its operations, followed by a visit to the State Revenue Committee's Canine Center.
