ArmInfo.Armenia is consistently moving toward high-tech and digital development, creating a competitive environment for investment. This was stated by Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan during his speech at the Meridian International Center in New York.
According to the presidential press service, the event was dedicated to the development of artificial intelligence and high technology. Khachaturyan presented the country's economic development and the extensive opportunities for investment in innovative projects.
According to the president, Armenia's goal is to become a regional technology hub where the use of artificial intelligence and digital solutions will contribute not only to economic growth but also to improving the quality of life for society.
During the event, the president also emphasized the historic significance of the initialing of the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan on August 8 in Washington, calling it an important step for the country's security, stability, and economic development. Khachaturyan also drew attention to the memoranda of cooperation signed that same day between Armenia and the United States, emphasizing their importance in terms of cooperation between the two countries in the field of high technology and innovation.
