ArmInfo.Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Jean- Charles Samuelian, the founder of ALAN, a French digital healthcare system, and Noubar Afeyan, co- founder of Flagship Pioneering.
According to the PM's office, the Prime Minister noted that Armenia is gradually moving toward the introduction of a health insurance system. Highlighting the importance of comprehensive reforms in healthcare, Nikol Pashinyan expressed confidence that the introduction of the insurance system will play a key role for both the sector and the public.
Jean-Charles Samuelian, presented the activities, opportunities and advantages of the ALAN digital healthcare system, aimed at digitizing the sector, simplifying and improving the quality of services.
Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the importance of fully digitalizing the healthcare sector and enhancing the efficiency of services.
In this context, the parties discussed opportunities for further cooperation. The Prime Minister proposed continuing the dialogue with the Armenian Ministry of Health to clarify specific areas of collaboration.
