According to the results for the first three quarters of 2025 published by the State Revenue Committee, Ardshinbank became the largest taxpayer of Armenia, transferring AMD 32.3 billion to the state budget. Including AMD 2 billion in indirect taxes and other fees, Ardshinbank’s total tax payments amounted to AMD 34.3 billion, which also includes AMD 2.4 billion in tax contributions from Ardshininvestbank that merged with Ardshinbank on April 21, 2025.
Ardshinbank also ranks first among Armenian banks in terms of total tax contributions.
Year over year, Ardshinbank increased its budget contributions fourfold, which allowed it to rise from 24th to 5th place and enter the TOP 5 of Armenia’s 1,000 largest taxpayers. It should be noted that Ardshinbank ensured significant growth in payments to the state budget both in profit tax and income tax.

So from the transfers made by the bank to the budget, AMD 25.7 billion accounted for profit tax and AMD 6.6 billion for income tax, of which AMD 1.8 billion and AMD 0.4 billion, respectively, were paid by Ardshininvestbank. Year over year, profit tax payments increased sevenfold, and income tax payments doubled. Thus, Ardshinbank accounts for 17% of the total taxes paid by the top five taxpayers․
